These terms cover the messages between you and Apex, a product of Lane Labs AB. Apex is an AI, offered to people 18 or older by invite only. These terms add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What you agree to
You text Apex first, from your own phone number or Apple ID. Apex then answers you, and writes first only when something you set up needs you, such as a reminder that is due, a watch that found something, a new mail that seems important once you have connected Google, or a result you are waiting for.
There is one exception. When you ask for a code on our website, Twilio sends that one time code by SMS to the number you typed, from a sender used only for codes and never from Apex’s number, once for each time you ask. The message holds only the code. If someone else typed your number, you get that one message and nothing more unless you write to Apex.
Apex reaches you only in iMessage, one to one, never in a group. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. People you invite
Apex never texts anyone you invite. When you invite someone to your Circle, you send the link yourself. Apex writes only to people who have texted Apex first.
3. How often
How many messages you get depends on how you use Apex. We do not send marketing messages.
4. Cost
We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile operator, especially abroad.
5. Stop and help
Write stop at any time and Apex stops at once. It answers nothing and writes nothing until you write start. While Apex is paused it reads nothing else you write, except radera allt, which still erases everything.

6. Your number
We use your number or Apple ID address only to talk with you through Apex. We never sell it or share it with anyone for their marketing. Linq and Twilio deliver our messages only on our behalf.

7. Delivery
Apple, Linq, Twilio and mobile operators are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
